Located on the outskirts of an emerging city center, the Home of Brightness stands out with its modern and vibrant characteristics. The cluster villas in this area boast excellent living environments and convenient life mechanisms, making it an ideal choice for retirees seeking a peaceful and comfortable lifestyle.
One of the standout features of the Home of Brightness is the entranceway. The polished door columns, made of marble stones, faintly reveal sunlight, instantly creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. This design concept is carried throughout the public area, which includes the living room, dining room, and study room, ensuring a seamless transition from the entrance to the main living spaces.
In the living room, delicate marble stones and cornice-decorated walls take center stage, creating a visually striking focal point. The large ceiling windows allow sunlight to spill into the room, while a cleverly designed stainless TV wall adds a unique touch. This TV wall creates the illusion of an outdoor view, seamlessly connecting the indoor and outdoor spaces.
The medium area between the living room and dining room is cleverly designed to reduce the pressure caused by the lower beam column. Grey mirrors and stripe lights create a directional long corridor strip, leading from the study room to the elevator entrance. This design not only enhances the overall aesthetic but also provides a functional and visually appealing transition between different spaces.
The Home of Brightness spans an impressive 512 square meters, offering ample space for relaxation and privacy. The upper floor is dedicated to the main bedroom, which prioritizes secured privacy. The design principle distinguishes the distinctive characteristics between the bedroom and the restrooms. With an independent bathroom built within the main bedroom, the design allows for various lifestyle possibilities and fluid movement throughout the space.
Throughout the Home of Brightness, the color palette and wall designs, including light blue, light grey, and titanium trims, create a fresh and majestic ambiance. The study room, in particular, focuses on white wood blinds, which create a simple yet delicate space. The reflections of sunlight in this room make it a bright and shining area, resembling a transparent house.
The Home of Brightness project was completed in September 2016 in Taichung City. The design showcases the skillful transformation of structural factors into a practical and amazing coordinator. The attention to detail and innovative design choices make this residential apartment a true standout in the field of interior design.
Shi Zhe Lo, the director of this project, has successfully created a remodeled villa that offers a pleasant and joyful living space for retirement. The Home of Brightness has been recognized for its excellence and was awarded the Iron A' Design Award in 2020 for its well-designed, practical, and innovative features. This award highlights the integration of industry best practices and competent technical characteristics, contributing to a better world.
